For the internship Discovery
- Running practice 2 times a week for about 1 hour
- No experience required for Trail Running
- No climb speed required
- No specific knowledge on trail running
For the internship Initiated
- Running practice 3 times a week for about 1h30
- Occasional running on slightly rough terrain
- Be able to make a positive elevation of 300 meters in 1 hour
- Have a few notions about trail running
- Have already run half-marathon or short trails (10-25 km)
For the internship Confirmed
- Regular practice of running and/or endurance sport 3 to 4 times a week for about 1h30 minimum
- Regular practice of running on various courses of more than 20 km
- Be able to make a positive elevation of 700 meters in 1 hour
- Good knowledge of Trail Running
- Have already run marathons or medium distance trails (30-40 km)
