Throughout the course, you will benefit from good advice, adapted to your level : manage your effort, the use of trail poles, optimize your effort. You will see your technique evolve quickly ! Working on your technique allows you to tire less, avoid injuries and be more efficient for a single objective… Go even further, even higher !
We will be surveying different playgrounds (dirt road, plain hiking trails, stone trail, etc.) while also enjoying the beautiful landscapes of southern Portugal. Between land and sea, you can discover this discipline while having fun !
Sharing, fun and good mood will be the key words of your internship !
